Building Resilience Workshop
What is resilience? The ability to bounce back.
Join us as we learn to employ the gentle mindful movement of the Feldenkrais Method and Havening Techniques to calm and balance the nervous system. You will learn how it works and how to practice Self-Havening.
Please wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
