Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons are easy to do gentle exercises where you are verbally led through movement sequences, each organized around the improvement of a different aspect of human movement and functioning.

Weekly classes are about one hour and you often are lying on the floor, sometimes seated in a chair and occasionally standing. Each weekly class may be taken independently, you don't need to have been in other classes to join at any time!

Please wear comfortable warm clothing and use an EXERCISE MAT.
